This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase of products from Shoe Park (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) through our website www.shoepark.store (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted only if all the following conditions are met:

  • The request is initiated within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The product is returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • A valid order confirmation or invoice is provided

Shoe Park reserves the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless received in a damaged or incorrect condition:

  • Socks
  • Caps / Headwear
  • Products marked as Final Sale / Clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional/free items
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Used, altered, or tampered items

This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Shoe Park reserves the right to declare certain products non-returnable at its sole discretion.


3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are permitted only for size or variant changes, subject to product availability
  • Only one (1) exchange per order is allowed
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion
  • Any price difference between exchanged products must be paid by the customer or refunded accordingly

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support within the eligible period
  2. Provide order details and the reason for return/exchange
  3. Submit images/videos if requested for verification
  4. Ship the product back after approval

Returned items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer
  • In cases of incorrect or defective products, return shipping will be arranged by Shoe Park at no additional cost
  • Shoe Park is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographic or video evidence.
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.


7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days from receipt of the returned product
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process
  • Shoe Park reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues, in which case a full refund will be issued

9. Right to Reject Returns

Shoe Park reserves the right to:

  • Reject returns that do not meet eligibility criteria
  • Refuse refunds if products show signs of use or damage
  • Modify or withdraw return and exchange privileges in cases of misuse or fraud

10. Policy Amendments

Shoe Park reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
